1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Amplifidor application ("App") and any services provided through the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1.2 Amplifidor is a platform that connects influencers with brands, allowing brands to explore and engage influencers for advertising and promotional purposes on their social media accounts.
2. Registration and Account
2.1 To use the App, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payment Services
3.1 Amplifidor uses third-party payment service providers to handle card payments and transactions. By using the App, you agree to share your payment information with these third-party payment service providers.
3.2 For withdrawal purposes, we collect and store your bank account information, including your account number, bank name, IBAN, and SWIFT code. By using the App, you consent to the collection and storage of this information.
4. Wallets and Transactions
4.1 Users have wallets in our system. You can top up your wallet from your bank card, and certain mission completions will allow for the transfer of money between wallets.
4.2 All money topped up by users is transferred to our single bank account, and all transfers between wallets are done virtually. Users are required to attach their bank cards to their wallets before topping up the wallet.
4.3 We charge users a small amount for attaching their bank cards to their wallets. This amount will be credited to your wallet after the successful saving of your card. In rare cases, the process might fail, but the money will still be charged.
5. Commissions and Fees
5.1 Amplifidor may charge fees or commissions for the services provided through the App. You agree to pay any applicable fees or commissions as set forth in the App.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Amplifidor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. User Generated Content (UGC)
7.1 The App may contain User Generated Content. By using the App, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any content you create, submit, or share on the platform.
7.2 Amplifidor does not claim ownership of User Generated Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your UGC for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
7.3 Amplifidor reserves the right to remove any UGC that violates these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.
8. Termination
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 The App is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or its content. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 In no event shall Amplifidor or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amplifidor is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the App or by sending you an email or other notification. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Severability
12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1 These Terms and any other policies or agreements referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Amplifidor regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements between you and Amplifidor on such subject matter.
14. End User License Agreement (EULA)
14.1 By using the Amplifidor application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the App.
15. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users
By using the App, you expressly agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Amplifidor maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content includes but is not limited to content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise offensive.Amplifidor reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the removal of objectionable content and the suspension or termination of users engaging in abusive behavior, without prior notice.
